An owner or builder MUST have an asbestos register in NSW before demolition work is carried out.
A vital phase of all the asbestos elimination work is the Asbestos Removal Control Plan. The plan should include specific and flexible instructions, short falls and general guidance to the contractor/s and client to promote a safe asbestos removal process.
